Sets send operation for the pause packets of the flow control functionality. Specify the
same settings as those for the receive operation for the pause packets of the flow
control functionality at the destination.

the same settings as those for the send operation for the pause packets of the flow
control functionality at the destination.

If fixed mode is set, pause packets are sent. If the auto-negotiation functionality
is set, whether pause packets are sent is determined through communication
with the connected Switch.
