Sets a ring ID. In addition, the Switch enters config-axrp mode in which the information
necessary for the Ring Protocol functionality can be set. A maximum of four ring IDs can be
set for a Switch.
If the settings are removed, the ring information already set for ring IDs is deleted.

Sets a ring ID.
The same ring ID must be set for all Switches belonging to the same ring. Set a
unique ring ID in a network for each different ring.
