Sets the destination port number.
This parameter is an option available only when the protocol is TCP and UDP.

Sets four bits (bits 3 to 6) in the ToS field as the TOS value.
The TOS value is compared with four bits (bits 3 to 6) in the ToS field of the sent or
received packet.
