Example: Specify 00 for 2000.
Specify the month (01 to 12).
Specify the date (01 to 31).
Specify the hour (00 to 23).
Specify the minute (00 to 59).
Default value when this parameter is omitted:
This parameter cannot be omitted.
Range of values:
Specify a date for <YYMMDD>, and a time for <HHMM>. The range of values
is from 0:00 on January 1, 2000, to 23:59 on January 17, 2038.
<YYMMDD> <HHMM>
