Configuring the Ringer Frequency

The ringer frequency indicates the frequency the ring signal is transmitted by the analogue
network provider.
Note: In German PBX models, the ringer frequency is specified at 25 Hz.
The configuration can be made as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– External analogue port (only COMpact 3000 analogue)
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
– Expert view (click
– Configured prefixes (country prefix and local area code)
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > External numbers.
2. In the list field at the top, select the analogue connection.
A page opens for configuring the analogue connection.
3. Open the page Analogue connection > Expert configuration.
4. In the Frequency list field under Ring signal, select the desired option.
