Release Information
Prevents the assignment of new sessions to a tunnel. This command works in

conjunction with the l2tp shutdown tunnel command. Both commands affect the
status of the administrative state of L2TP for the tunnel; the l2tp drain tunnel
command sets the administrative state to drain. The no version allows the assignment
of new sessions to a tunnel.
