Exporting the Telephone Book

Note: Entries already in the PBX and changed in the import file are not
replaced, but are saved as new entries.
Exporting the Telephone Book
The columns Short-code dialling number, External phone number and Name can be
exported into a text file (*.csv). There, it is arranged in rows and separated by semicolons.
Important:
Observe the following legal notes before saving the contacts.
It might be that the contacts include the following legally especially protected
components:
- Private and work telephone and fax numbers
Before the contacts are being saved, all subscribers to the PBX must be
informed that these contents will be forwarded. They must also be informed
about who will use the data received.
It is absolutely necessary to store the data safely and in accordance with the
legal requirements.
If you want to make the contacts available to your specialised dealer or to the
manufacturer for error analysis, you must make sure that the legal require-
ments are fulfilled.
The export can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorisation
– Entries in the telephone book
1. Open the page USER DATA > Telephone book.
2. Click Export.
3. Accept the legal notes by entering
4. Save the text file on the PC.
