Proceed as follows:

Using the Configuration Manager (page Routing > Soft-LCR 4.0 >
Provider)
Note:
LCR for Call Through calls is switched on/off on the page Functions
> Call Through under EXCHANGE LINE SETTINGS.
Manual LCR by dialling a preceding provider area code is always
possible if the network provider supports dial-around service.
