Sub-Chip Module Stop Control Registers BH and BL (SUBMSTPBH,
SUBMSTPBL)
MSTPCR and SUBMSTPB specify on-chip peripheral modules to shift to module stop mode in
module units. Each module can enter module stop mode by setting the corresponding bit to 1.
