Wake-Up Event Interrupt Mask Register (WUEMR3)
The KMIMR and WUEMR registers enable or disable wake-up key-sensing interrupt inputs
(KIN9 to KIN0), and wake-up event interrupt inputs (WUE15 to WUE8).
