Defines an area as a stub area. A stub area is an OSPF area that carries a default
Description
route, intra-area routes, and interarea routes, but does not carry AS external routes.
This reduces the size of the area's OSPF database and decreases memory usage for
external routers in the stub area. The no version disables this function.
