4.10.2 CLOCK CONTROL REGISTER

Clock control register enables and disables all oscillators for S5PC110.
OSC_CON register control all oscillators for S5PC110. Each oscillator can be controlled independently. When
oscillator pad is disabled, oscillation stops and no clock is generated further.
