NOTE: The first boot loader tries to negotiate UART first. If it fails, then it tries to drive the USB device. Hence, you have to
disconnect the UART device if you want to boot using USB device.
The hardware logic decides address mapping, and the software routine decides other booting options.
The value of OM pin can be read from OM register, which is described in Chapter 2.1.
