Syntax
terminal type { ansi | vt100 }
undo terminal type

Parameters
ansi: Specifies the terminal display type to ANSI.
vt100: Specifies the terminal display type to VT100.
Description
Use the terminal type command to configure the type of terminal display .
Use the undo terminal type command to restore the default.
Currently, the system support two types of terminal display : ANSI and VT100.
By default, the terminal display type is ANSI. The device must use the same display
type as the terminal. If the terminal uses VT 100, the device should also use VT 100.
Examples
# Set the terminal display type to VTY 100.
<Sysname> system-view
System View: return to User View with Ctrl+Z.
[Sysname] user-interface vty 0
[Sysname-ui-vty0] terminal type vt100
