The retransmission interval should not be so small to avoid unnecessary
retransmissions.
This configuration is not supported on the NULL interface.
Examples
# Set the LSA retransmission interval to 8 seconds.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface vlan-interface 10
[Sysname-Vlan-interface10] ospf timer retransmit 8

3.1.49 ospf trans-delay

Syntax
ospf trans-delay seconds
undo ospf trans-delay
View
Interface view
Parameters
seconds: LSA transmission delay in seconds, in the range 1 to 3600.
Description
Use the ospf trans-delay command to set the LSA transmission delay on an interface.
Use the undo ospf trans-delay command to restore the default.
The delay defaults to 1s.
Each LSA in the LSDB has an age that is incremented by 1 every second, but the age
does not change during transmission. It is necessary to add a transmission delay into
its age time, which is important for low speed networks.
This configuration is not supported on the NULL interface.
Examples
# Set the LSA transmission delay to 3 seconds on the current interface.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface vlan-interface 10
[Sysname-Vlan-interface10] ospf trans-delay 3
