1.1.21 stp loop-protection

Syntax
stp loop-protection
undo stp loop-protection
View
Ethernet interface view, port group view
Parameters
None
Description
Use the stp loop-protection command to enable the loop guard function on the
port(s).
Use the undo stp loop-protection command to restore the system default.
By default, the loop guard function is disabled.
Configured in Ethernet interface view, the setting is effective on the current port only;
configured in port group view, the setting is effective on all ports in the port group.
Examples
# Enable the loop guard function on GigabitEthernet 2/0/1.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface GigabitEthernet 2/0/1
[Sysname-GigabitEthernet2/0/1] stp loop-protection

stp max-hops hops

hops: Maximum hops, in the range of 1 to 40
