Lubricate a new O-ring with clean hydraulic oil and

install into the groove on the bearing cage.

Install a new rear bearing cone just below the

external retaining ring groove.

Install a new external retaining ring and press the

rear bearing cone against the retaining ring.

Section 25 - Four-Wheel Drive Front Axle - Chapter 3

Install a new front bearing cone on the output shaft.

Press the front bearing cone against the external

retaining ring.

Press a new rear bearing cup into the bearing cage.
