Apply petroleum jelly to the teflon rings.

Install a piston in each side of the clutch carrier with

the flat side toward the inside.

Section 21 - Transmission, Drivelines - Chapter 4

Install the first piston return Belleville washer. The

concave side of the washer must be facing down.

Install the lube management ring.

Install the second Belleville washer. The concave

side of the washer must be facing up. Install the

remaining seven Belleville washers, alternating the

position of the washers until the last washer with the

concave side facing down.
