Install the snap ring for the medium range driven

Install a new seal ring (1) on the medium range

driven gear. Install the gear on the shaft.

Install the high range driven gear.

Section 21 - Transmission, Drivelines - Chapter 6

Install the gear spacer.

Install the constant mesh gear (1). Install the bearing

cone. The larger OD side of the bearing cone must

be facing down. Press the bearing in place to be sure

the bearing is properly seated.

NOTE: Do not press on the bearing cage.
