Use a puller to remove the bearing from the axle

Remove and discard the O-ring used on 4-in. axles

from the axle bushing.

Use a puller to remove the bushing from the axle

NOTE: Remove the O-ring from the inside diameter

of the bushing on 115 mm (4.5 in.) diameter axle.

Section 27 - Rear Axle - Chapter 1

Use a puller to remove the inner bearing cup from the

axle housing.

Use a puller to remove the outer bearing cup from

the axle housing.
