STEP 159
Move the planetary hub cover so that the fill plug is in
the horizontal position. Fill the planetary hub with
Case 135 H EP Gear Lubricant until the oil is level
with the bottom edge of the hole. After a few minutes,
recheck the oil level. Tighten the planetary fill plug to
a torque of 38 to 41 Nm (28 to 30 lb. ft.).

Properly support and install the front tires.

Install the front fenders, if equipped. Remove the
wheel blocks in front of and behind the rear wheels.
Make sure the transmission lever is in PARK. Start
the tractor and check the operation of the FWD axle
and the planetary hubs. Place the transmission shift
lever in PARK. Turn the engine off and remove the
key.
