Remove the two bearing thrust washers and the

needle thrust bearing.

Remove three piston return Belleville washers.

Remove the lube oil management ring.

Section 21 - Transmission, Drivelines - Chapter 6

Remove eight piston return Belleville washers.

NOTE: Mark the orientation of the Belleville springs

and lube management ring for proper reinstallation.

Use a puller to remove the roller bearing from the

rear end of the shaft.
