Remove the clutch backing plates.

Remove the clutch hub.

Remove 9 friction plates and 9 separator plates.

1. ALIGNMENT MARK
Mark the master clutch for reassembly. Remove the
snap ring that fastens the master clutch to the range
input shaft.
IMPORTANT: The master clutch must be aligned
properly with the input shaft.
STEP 11

including master clutch piston and return springs.
