Refitting the lower arm

Use these procedures to refit the lower arm.

Action
Remove two attachment screws and
washers parallel to each other and replace
with guide pins.
Remove the remaining attachment screws
and washers securing the lower arm to the
axis 2 gearbox.
Slide the lower arm out on the guide pins
and remove the lower arm. Put it some-
where safe.
Action
DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
