Action
Jog axis-2 to the calibration position (if not
already in this position).
DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
Remove any equipment, if fitted, on or
close to the balancing device.
Fit a lifting shackle to the balancing device.
Fit the lifting accessory to the shackle and
raise to unload the weight.
Action
Remove the small VK cover.
Note
It is almost impossible to remove the VK
cover without damage. New VK covers are
needed.
