Action
Attach the roundsling to the shackle on the wrist
and jog axis-3 slowly to stretch the roundsling.
Note
Make sure the roundsling is stretched, so it can
carry the weight of the frame.
Fit a lifting eye in the arm house, with a fender
washer underneath.
Attach the upper arm lifting accessory to an
overhead crane (or similar) and then to the lifting
eye in the arm house and to a roundsling run
through the wrist.
