Removing the axis-1 gearbox
These procedures describe how to remove the gearbox.
Follow the order of the separate procedures according to the order they are
presented.

Remove tools and other equipment fitted on
the robot.
Begin draining the axis-1 gearbox.
Jog the robot into position:
•
axis 1 = -5º
•
axis 2 = +10º
DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot work-
ing area.
