For 16-bit boot download, the boot table in external memory must be in the
format shown in Table 3–14.

Number of elements of the first section to transfer = N1.
After the number of words to transfer from this section, the next word should be
zero to indicate end of the source program. Otherwise, another section is
assumed to follow.
Most significant word of destination address for the 1st section. Can be 0, 1, or 2.
Least significant word of destination address for the 1st section. Can be from
0000h to FFFFh.
1st word of 1st section to transfer
2nd word of 1st section to transfer
