slip compensation is deactivated.

r0022 is identical to r0021, however, it always has units of rpm and contrary to r0021 cannot be changed over.
For U/f control and when slip compensation is deactivated (see p1335), the synchronous speed to the output fre-
quency is shown in r0022.
