The identification of "fixed stop outside the monitoring window" is, for the factory setting, dependent on signal BO:
r2526.5 (fixed stop outside window). This signal is influenced via p2635 (EPOS fixed stop monitoring window).

The feedback signal from "torque limit reached" is, for the factory setting, dependent on the signal BO: r1407.7
(torque limit reached).

Caution:
For BI: p2649 = 1 signal, the following applies:
Motion starts without any explicit control signal.
Notice:
The parameter may be protected as a result of p0922 or p2079 and cannot be changed.
Note:
This signal is only effective in the modes "traversing blocks" and "direct setpoint input/MDI".
When activating the intermediate stop, the axis brakes with the parameterized deceleration (p2620 or p2645).
