Description
Before making any changes, print out the database.
Verify and highlight areas where changes are required.
Verify the NEAX-2400 software level and W-MCI
feature package is installed.
The routes and trunks that will be answered by the Octel
200/300 must also terminate to the main pilot number of
the hunt group.
All NEAX-2400 lines that forward to the Octel 200/300
must be programmed to generate a call record over the MCI
link.
The NEAX-2400 lines must also be programmed to
forward to the Octel 200/300 UCD group on the desired
conditions:
RNA Forwarding to the MCI Group (CPI)

FWD Busy Forwarding to the MCI Group (CPI)
-
Set up message waiting lamp indication on
mailboxes/extensions in the NEAX 2400 for MWI.
Set the PBX Ring No Answer parameter for forwarding
to the Octel 200/300 to 4.
