Hunt Group Configuration Changes
All of the APIC ports to be used for call processing are to be configured into a hunt group.
1. Create the terminal ACD (UCD) hunt group containing the extensions of the Octel 200/300 ports.
2. Assign the extension for Octel 200/300 Port 1 as the supervisor's extension.
3. Create a pilot number for the ACD (UCD) hunt group.
