forwarded from one cabinet to another.
System Parameter 243 —INTEGRATION: ROLM 9006 PICKUP
CODE

code for ROLM 9006i integration.
.
Verify that *3 is the pickup code with the ROLM vendor. If
another code is used, enter that code as the value here.

If external trunk calls are to be handled differently than internal station
calls (e.g., intercept position, company greeting), the name assigned to
each incoming trunk should be entered into the
and be assigned a unique COS. Refer to the Configuration volume,
Trunk Group Table chapter, for more information.
TRUNK GROUP T
gives the Octel 200/300 additional flexibility in answering and handling
external callers. The Octel 200/300 is supplied with the ROLM Model
30/80 CBX Trunk Group name. Multiple trunks can have the same
name.
Calls can be processed according to the Trunk Group COS they came in
on, instead of the port COS that the Octel 200/300 answered the call
with. This means ports do not have to be split. For example: the
company greeting may be customized depending upon the trunk group
the call came in on; external callers can go to a different intercept
position than internal callers; and the intercept number can be
customized for external calls coming in on different trunk groups.
