Description
1.
Select extension numbers for each Octel 200/300 port and each link.
2.
Allocate two Classes of Service (COS).
One for the Octel 200/300 port extensions.

One for the links extension.

Define the System 85 COS attributes for the extension dedicated to Links.
Refer to the ATTIC Link digital phone.
4.
Assign to an equipment location. Configure that link as a 7405D phone with a
display module.
5.
Create a terminal ACD/UCD hunt group containing the extension numbers of
the Octel 200/300 ports.
6.
Assign the extension for Octel 200/300 port 1 as the supervisor's extension.
Create a pilot number for the ACD/UCD hunt group.
7.
Configure the Links according to Figures 7.3-2 through 7.3-4, depending on
the number of ports.

List all the current Call Coverage Groups and note which ones need to be
changed.
2.
Create a new Call Coverage Group or modify an existing Call Coverage Group
to include Octel 200/300 as a coverage point.
3.
Assign all extensions that are to forward to the Octel 200/300 to that Call
Coverage Group.
4.
Check Coverage Criteria. Make sure the number of rings for don't answer is
one greater than the number of rings specified for RNA in the Octel 200/300.
