PEG 1 (0−1)
LED not ON so had to repress port appearance key
during call processing.

The number of times after a link interrupt the
direction line = (1) but there was nothing to send
uplink.

The number of times the next downlink command
would overflow downlink buffer.
PEG 4 (0−1)
The number of times the LED command was out of
range.
PEG 5 (0−1)
Not used.
PEG 6 (0−1)
The number of times the display location was too
large.
PEG 7 (0−1)
The number of times the RIC was unable to make a
message waiting call.
PEG 8 (0−1)
The number of times a bad display was not a direct
external call. This is determined by whether the timer
commands were sent downlink.
PEG 9 (0−1)
The number of times a bad display was a direct
external call. This is determined by whether the timer
commands were sent downlink.
PEG10 (0−1)
The number of times KEY.LOOP.TEST failed per
link.
