8.1.7 ROLM ADAPTIVE INTEGRATION MAINTENANCE
The following are the maintenance commands for the ROLM integration. All commands refer to a slot
number and Integration Unit number.All commands refer to a slot number and integration unit number.
Test Integration
TE INT x y
List Integration
L INT x y
Clear Integration
C INT x y
The following are definitions of the fields displayed when listing the state of the RIC board.
Card ID
Card Status
PB60019-01
This command tells the RIC to run its link selftest. The command is
TE INT x y
where x is the slot number.
where y is the integration unit number (1 or 2).
Any hardware errors found are logged in the Hardware Error Table.
Refer to the Installation and Maintenance volume, System Errors and
Traffic Pegs chapter, for more information.
This command resets the RIC board and takes approximately 30
seconds. The command is
TE INT x y 2
where x is the slot number.
where y is the integration unit number (1 or 2).
where 2 is the reset command flag.
This command lists the current state of the RIC board, the diagnostic
status, the status of the links, and the pegs. The command is
L INT x y
where x is the slot number.
where y is the integration unit number (1 or 2).
This command clears the RIC board pegs. The command is
C INT x yx y4
where x is the slot number
where y is the integration unit number (1 or 2).
The CARD ID states the type of integration card.
There are four possible states for the card:
The RIC is down and not responding to the
CARD DOWN
software.
