3. PBX RING-NO-ANSWER FORWARD TEST
This test verifies that a call to a ring-no-answer (RNA) extension forwards to the Octel 200/300
access number.
a.
Connect the modular adapter to the 25-pair cable associated with the configured slot.
b. Connect one digital phone to the jack position of the adapter that corresponds to port 1.
c.
Make sure phone C is on-hook.
d. From phone A, call the extension number of phone B. Does phone B ring?
NO
e.
After the number of rings configured for RNA in phone B's coverage path, phone B should stop
ringing and phone C should ring.
