Quick Logon. Allows a mailbox holder to press

Auto Logon. For Auto Logon, mailboxes can be configured so that mailbox holders can

automatically log on to their mailboxes without entering their mailbox number or UID number if
they are calling from their extension. If Attribute 111 — AUTO SIGN-IN FOR USER I.D. OR
MAILBOX NUMBER LOGON, is assigned to a mailbox with Attribute 110 — ALLOW ONLY
LOGON WHEN CALL SYSTEM, mailbox holders are immediately placed in their mailbox at the
security code prompt.
This feature uses the integration call record to initiate an action similar to a Quick Logon which
requires caller input.
If not calling from their own extension, callers may enter their own mailbox by using the standard
logon.

If a mailbox is assigned COS Attribute 89 — THIS MAILBOX HAS AUTO LOG ON,

is assigned, network calls cannot be made and Quick Greeting Activation is not available.
