ports, at least three ports marked for OUTCALL must be idle.

has COS Attribute 9 — LAMP OR DISPLAY PHONE MESSAGE WAITING, the light
is activated instead of the phone ringing. The Octel 200/300 can be configured for
offsite and lamp notification, but not for ringing and lamp notification at the same
time.
The Octel 200/300 should respond with "... has X messages. Ready," or might also ask for a
security code.
