more than 4 ports are configured. It should be specified as

7. Repeat step 5 and 6 for all Links.
8. Create the terminal ACD (UCD) hunt group containing the extensions of the Octel 200/300 ports.
Assign the extension for Octel 200/300 Port 1 as the supervisor's extension. Create a pilot number
for the ACD (UCD) hunt group.
