AT&T System 75/Definity G1 Adaptive Integration with APIC
is installed in the message server, the second card is designated as
secondary; and the third card as tertiary. The remaining installed cards
are designated as NONE.
Refer to the Configuration volume, Slots Table chapter, for further
information on configuring the SLOTS Table.
System Parameter 3 — PBX MODEL
System 75 and G1Select the model number of the telephone system. For
System 75 and G1, select 3−ATT and then choose System 75.

Do not select Definity−ITAL. unless this device is used in Italy.
System Parameter 33 — PBX INITIALIZE CODE
Modify System Parameter 33 to be NONE.
System Parameter 77 — PBX PROVIDES MOMENTARY
DISCONNECT
Modify System Parameter 77 to be YES.
System Parameter 79 — LAMP MW: "ON" PRE-EXTENSION
DIGITS
Enter the digits to be dialed before the extension to light the
message-waiting lamp. Ports designated for MWI use the AT&T feature
access codes configured, to turn lamps ON. This code is
PBX-dependent.
System Parameter 81 — LAMP MW: "OFF" RE-EXTENSION
DIGITS
Enter the digits to be dialed before the extension to turn-off the
message-waiting lamp. Ports designated for MWI use the AT&T feature
access codes configured, to turn lamps OFF. This code is
PBX-dependent.

The message server does not receive confirmation from the PBX
when the feature access code is issued. Therefore, this integration
does not log Type 24, Data 1−7 errors in the Hardware Error
Table.

With the PIC integration, analog ports cannot be used for MWI.
If analog ports are installed, use them for other outcalls, such as
network and offsite message waiting.
