Program the Calling Party Name Display (LD95) to display the condi-
tion of the forwarded call.
RESN = YES
CFWD = FWDA
CFNA = CFNA
HUNT = BUSY
XFER = TRF
Establish Octel 200/300 port extensions:
a.
Configure the ports in an ACD or a terminal hunt group with the
last extension in the hunt group specified as the overflow
extension. Do not included ports configured to support message
waiting.
b. Program the COS with the following:
HTA
Hunting allowed
FNA
Forward no answer allowed
ADD
Automatic digit display
HPR
High priority allowed
DNDA
Dialed name display
CNDA
Call party name display
WTD
Warning tone denied
MWD
Message waiting denied
