Writes to the CMPD register in the ePWM module selected by the following bit selections results in
a simultaneous write to the current ePWM module's CMPD register.

0100 ePWM3

0111 ePWM6
1000 ePWM7
1001 ePWM8
1010 ePWM9
All other values are reserved and do nothing (i.e., register is linked to itself).
CMPC Link Bits
Writes to the CMPC register in the ePWM module selected by the following bit selections results in
a simultaneous write to the current ePWM module's CMPC register.
