Extension Module Stop Control Registers H and L (EXMSTPCRH,
EXMSTPCRL)
EXMSTPCR performs module stop mode control.
Setting a bit to 1, the corresponding module enters module stop mode, while clearing the bit to 0
clears the module stop mode.
