These bits are always read as 0. The initial value
should not be changed.
Standby Timer Select 2 to 0
Select the time the MCU waits for the clock to
stabilize when software standby mode is cleared.
Make a selection according to the operating
frequency so that the standby time is at least 8 ms
(oscillation stabilization time). With an external
clock, make a selection according to the operating
frequency so that the standby time is at least 500
µs (output stabilization delay time for external
clock).
