20.1.5
Programming/Erasing Interface
Programming/erasing is executed by downloading the on-chip program to the on-chip RAM and
specifying the program address/data and erase block by using the interface register/parameter.
The procedure program should be created by the user in user program mode and user boot mode.
An overview of the procedure is given as follows. For details, see section 20.4.2, User Program
Mode.
(1) Selection of On-chip Program to be Downloaded
For programming/erasing execution, the FLSHE bit in SYSCR must be set to 1 to make a
transition to user program mode.
This LSI has programming/erasing programs which can be downloaded to the on-chip RAM. The
on-chip program to be downloaded is selected by setting the corresponding bits in the
programming/erasing interface register. The address of the download destination can be specified
by the flash transfer destination address register (FTDAR).
Start user procedure
program for programming/erasing.
Select on-chip program to be
specify the destination.
Download on-chip program
by setting FKEY and SCO bits.
