Use the set port redundancy-intervals command to configure the two time constants
that determine redundancy switchover parameters.
Syntax
set port redundancy-intervals min_time_between_switchovers

Example
To specify a delay of 100 milliseconds before switching to the backup port, and a requirement
that the primary port be up for 20 milliseconds before control is returned:
