set layer1-stable

Use the set layer1-stable command to determine whether or not to keep the physical
layer active (stable) between calls in SLS. Some European countries, France, for example,
require that the physical layer is deactivated when there is no active call.
Note:
This command is valid only for a BRI circuit employed with ISDN.
