copy tftp module

Use the copy tftp module command to download a new version of module software into a
particular media module from a saved file, via TFTP.
To use this command, you need to have an active TFTP server, and to create a file into which to
download the software. If Avaya Network Manager is running, you do not need an additional
TFTP server.

Perform the nvram initialize command prior to the copy tftp module
