Use the show ip dhcp-server statistics command to display DHCP server statistics.

Description
The IP addresses allocated/reserved by the DHCP server
The length of time that the IP address is kept for a specific client-id/
MAC address
The type of address allocation. Options are:
Automatic — Dynamic IP address allocation

Manual — Static IP address allocation or a specific client-id,
●
according to user configuration
The distinct identification of the DHCP client in dotted-hexadecimal
notation.
Note: The client-identifier for Ethernet stations is the MAC
address, preceded by
